ELECTRIC WASHER SWITCH
I wanted to fit electric windscreen washers (the manual pump had failed) but I wanted to keep the dashboard looking original so I removed the inside of the old pump and fitted a simple returning flick (toggle) switch inside, see diagram.

I also mounted the electric pump inside the car behind the glove box out of sight. You may want to rubber mount this using a piece of heater hose, see below type of pump used.
