PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Once goods are in the hands of Royal Mail there is
no way of tracking them without paying double the stamp cost.
Your goods should arrive in the next few working days – over 99% certainly do. If they do not arrive within 7 working days UK and Channel Islands, 14 workings Europe and 21 works days’ rest of the world, please contact us after the above time.
RETURNS POLICY
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations we will accept returns up to seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you receive the goods, unless the goods are faulty you will have to pay the postage.
