ALARM FOB
To reset Neon alarm fob, open driver’s door, don't close, turn on ignition and hold down both buttons on fob for 10 seconds until LED on dash remains on. If no luck try disconnecting battery for 10 mins and retry reset, might not work with all Chryslers. Check fuse marked memory which normally powers alarm.
