CUT OUT NON START
Lots of Daewoo's have Inertia switches fitted, if non-start and central locking not working, the inertia switch might have tripped, it could be under either front seat or bonnet.
KEY FOB
If the remote fob won't work, try re-synchronising by unlocking car with key, then turn the ignition on and off, then immediately press one of the fob buttons 3 times it should now be re-synchronised.
